
2009 Greenhouse and High Tunnel Tomato Conference

Cooperative Extension, University of Massachusetts Extension and
Northeast SARE
are sponsoring the educational program
“2009 Greenhouse and High
Tunnel Tomato Conference”
at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and
Conference Center on Tuesday, November 3, 2009.
This one day educational program will feature:
Judson Reid, from Cornell University who will speaking on High Tunnels for Tomato Production
Dr. Richard Snyder from Mississippi State University who will be speaking on Greenhouse Tomatoes: Problems and Solutions as well as Greenhouse Tomatiology
Dr. Sharon Douglas from the CT Agricultural Experiment Station who will be speaking on Disease Management
There will also be a panel discussion with growers of greenhouse and high tunnel tomatoes.
The registration fee of $40.00 per person includes coffee, lunch, refreshments and seminar materials).
One pesticide recertification credit for attendees from CT, MA, RI, ME, NH, and VT have been applied for (pending state approval).
