Pinaceae
Located on northwest side of Wood Hall.
- needles .5"-1" long, pointed, stiff
- needles dark green, not sharply pointed
- main branches ascend slightly from trunk, tips upright
- branchlets hang straight down from side branches of mature plants
- cones very large, 4"-6" long, light brown when mature
- cone bracts have wavy, blunt ends
- habit similar to P. omorika, but much wider
