Located in side planting beds near front of St. Thomas Church.
- needles mostly scale-like, with some awl-like leaves
- needles blue-green in summer, deep purple in winter
- needles lack white lines on undersides
- habit creeping and prostrate, very low
- stems turn up at tips
- fruit glaucous blue and rounded
- form is a dense mat in time
